Trish Thomas, RDH, has over 20 years of experience in the dental field as a Registered Dental Assistant, Practice Administrator, and a Registered Dental Hygienist. Fifteen of those years were spent living in San Diego, California, with her Naval Corpsman Veteran husband, their two children, and two dogs. She graduated from San Joaquin Valley College – San Diego in 2015.
While in California, she was active in her professional association serving on her local component’s Executive Board, the California Dental Hygienists’ Association’s (CDHA) councils, and the California Hygienists’ Political Action Committee (CalHyPAC). She recently moved back to her hometown of Honolulu, Hawaii, where she is the Director of Operations at Dental Technology Center of Hawaii. She is also newly licensed for the State of Hawaii and looking forward to doing clinical hygiene part-time.
