Lizz Bortolotti, RDH, earned her dental hygiene degree in 2015 from Ivy Tech in Anderson, Indiana. For most of her career, she has worked in periodontics at a private practice in Indianapolis. When not working clinically, you can find Lizz active in the online dental hygiene community and commiserating with her fellow hygienists in a handful of social media groups she co-admins for RDH Rant. On a personal level, Lizz is a mother of three almost fully grown children and does not have nearly enough rescue animals. In her free time, she enjoys reading, meditating and yin yoga, starting new hobbies and not sticking with them, and pretending she is a famous writer in her imagination.
