Ilona Flett, RDH, BSc, is a University of Alberta graduate and has practiced in both Alberta and Ontario in general practice and orthodontics. She currently works as a Regional Dental Technology Trainer for 123Dentist, training dental teams on integrating iTero scanning and utilizing this technology to level up their patient education skills. She is currently completing her Master of Education in Health Sciences Education at the University of Alberta and is eager to learn how to be a better facilitator and how to encourage other dental professionals to continue to grow professionally. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her family.
