Cara Reck, BS, RDH, LAP, FADHA, graduated with a degree in Sociology from Montana State University-Bozeman in 2005 and then a degree in Dental Hygiene from Montana State University-Great Falls in 2010. Currently, she is a clinical oral health practitioner in private practice. She has been a leader at her local, state, and national levels. She enjoys talking about leadership and empowering all hygienists to be the best version of themselves through a culture of kindness. Cara resides in Jefferson City, Montana, with her two boys and husband and loves spending her time with family and friends.
