Anahy Castro, RDH, has been a dental hygienist since 2016. She loves working in the dental field and helping her patients. Anahy graduated from Amarillo College with an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2016 and hopes to pursue a Bachelor’s degree. She has been passionate about patient care and patient education since day one of her career.
Anahy has the opportunity to work as a full-time hygienist in a public health dental clinic located in Garden City, Kansas. Beyond being a full-time clinician, she is also a part of the outreach program for school screenings in her county. The best part of her job is watching how much her patients learn about their oral health and seeing them leave with satisfaction.
In Anahy’s free time, she enjoys working out, spending time with her family and fiancé, and she loves to spend time with her dog. She is thankful for the many opportunities she has received working in the dental field.
