Amanda Snooks, RDH, BA, works in clinical practice in Calgary, Alberta. Prior to working as a dental hygienist, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta with a major in English. Her passion is in public health matters as they relate to the dental industry, and she hopes that writing pieces on current issues can help bring awareness to these topics.
